Your job
is to handle incoming inquiries from customers, forward orders to the right suppliers and make sure that orders are confirmed, shipped and received within an agreed timeframe, usually as soon as possible, and yes, sometimes even sooner than possible. You will need to be on top of things at all times.
The job holds a good deal of responsibility and has a large contact potential inside and outside Denmark. We offer an attractive salary+bonus scheme, pension scheme and health insurance.
Your educational background
is not very important. If you have the right mindset, we will teach you the rest. We do, however, appreciate that your background is in sales or purchasing. You are a multi-tasker, a go-getter, and being someone who gets right down to business, you like to keep yourself busy. You have a good command of English, written as well as spoken. You are no stranger to Microsoft Office and fairly at home with MS Access and you are accurate and structured in your work with data in general.
We are located in Hedehusene outside Copenhagen, but you don't have to be. In fact, our rock-solid IT platform and simplified work processes allows you to work from your home no matter where you live, inside or outside Denmark.
